DARE TO FAIL...

result exam aku dah kuar... and tanpa segan silu aku nak gtau.. 1st attempt aku untuk paper P2, P3 and P4.. aku fail semua... kecewa mmg la kecewa.. sbb aku rase aku dah usaha betul2.. tp maybe usaha aku tu belum lagi cukup nak sampai passing marks.. argh!!!... tp xpe.. this time aku kalah dlm battle nih...but... next battle i will win!!!

aku bukan nak sedapkan hati sendiri..tapi aku post article nih sbb nak gtau korang, yg gagal dlm hidup bukan maksud diri tu bodo... Hidup nih mcm roda.. sekejap kita kat atas.. terima segala kejayaan... sekejap kiter kat bawah... gagal dalam semua yg kita buat... tapi gagal tak semestinya kita nih xberguna!! gagal ajar kiter jadi lebih kuat nak hadap semua realiti hidup...

So..for those yg ambik ACCA..and pass all da paper last sitting...aku nak ucap tahniah!! and for those yg terima nasib yg sama mcm aku... aku harap korang bersabar..and try lagi bulan 12 nih... tak payah la nak nangis2.. sebab nangis mcm mane pun.. result tetap same gak! ahaks!!

Hari rabu lepas.. 6th August 2008.. aku dpt peluang pegi lawat HQ Shell kat damansara.. trip nih 100% conducted by ACCA.. and ramai gak la budak2 dari kolej lain yg join....mostly those in da final stage in ACCA... part3 ler tuh...tujuan trip nih..cam biasa laa...nak tgok environment office Shell..belajar culture office tuh.. and da most important thing... tgok peluang nak keje dgn diorang...

Before aku sampai kat HQ Shell nih..aku assume sure gempak office drg nih.. yela!! who doesn't know Shell?? A global group of energy and petrochemical companies...and from my research, i found that Shell was listed as Rank2 in fortune list of top earners after Exonmobil....Profit setahun nak capai $31.3m... if im not mistaken la.. so..i guess office drg sure la gempak... erm..ternyata ape yg aku bayangkan semua meleset... office drg biasa je... x la gempak sgt kalu nak bandingkan dgn Petronas...

Mcm biasa.. Org2 from HR Department yg smbut ktrg semua.. and presentation pun from HR people....presentation drg pun biasa jer..ckp pasal Shell... Benefit keje dgn Shell..bla..bla..bla..




tapi...lepas dgr presentation drg nih..aku rase aku xminat nak keje dlm oil&gas industry nih....and aku pun xtau nape..even nak bagi resume aku kat org yg recruit staff nih pun aku rase berat gile nak bagi... padahal benefit yg drg offer mmg la best.... fixed allowance.. learning&development opprtunities....supported travelling...byk lagi ar!!... tapi still aku rase industry lain lagi best dr oil&gas nih...haha...

baru2 nih aku ader buat survey pasal politik kat msia nih... 1st of all thanks for those yg vote.. walaupun blog aku nih xramai yg masuk..tp at least aku tau yg vote tu pun dr "kroni2" aku gak...hahah...

dulu aku xambik kisah sgt pasal politik2 kat msia nih..apetah lagi kat luar negara.. coz i think that is none of my business.. tapi..biler aku dah masuk kolej.. pastu kawan plak dgn member2 aku yg sememang nye bile lepak mesti ckp pasal politik.. (aku plak spt biasa just senyap n dgr je...smpai kadang2 aku xpaham pun aper yg drg ckp..huhuh)... aku dah mula rasekan... aku patut tau pasal politik2 nih..at least sikit laa...

pilihan raya lepas..aku dah mula kene undi... dgn xtau ape2 pasal politik nih..aku pun pegi la undi...itu pun lepas mak aku bising2.. "pergi la mgundi!.... untuk mase dpan kiter jugak!"...itu ler ayat mak aku... patriotik jugak mak aku nih...hahahha..tapi dlm patriotik2 tu pun..dia ade gak pengaruh aku suruh undi "parti" mane...hahahha....parti mane tu.. xpayah le aku reveal ye.. "UNDI ANDA ADALAH RAHSIA"...huhu...

dari survey aku... 75% cakap politik msia nih kotor....the balance.. which is 25% ckp politik msia skrg nih buat rakyat jadi blur... erm..interesting kan?

from my opinion... politik kat msia nih buat rakyat jadi blur... sebab ape?...sebab isu2 yg ade kat media skrg nih.. isu liwat la..rasuah...bunuh...dah mengaku pastu tarik balik....dll... semua nih..buat rakyat n especially aku yg dah mula nak tau pasal politik nih jadi blur!!... yg mane benar? yg mane palsu..?...yg mane plastik?..and yg mane betul2 ikhlas?..aku pun xtau...bile aku bace paper.. ni ckp lain..paper yg lain plak ckp lain..so..mane satu yg betul nih???...

bende2 mcm ni la yg buat aku malas nak ambik peduli pasal politik nih... tapi mcm aku ckp tadi..aku kene jugak tau pasal bende nih..coz yg nak bentuk msia 10 thn akan datang responsibility generasi2 aku jugak... aku harap isu2 "bonggok"..yg ade kat media skrg nih cpt2 la reda..sbb aku dah mule muak bace bende yg same tiap2 hari dlm surat khabar...

great movie ever..

" SEX AND THE CITY THE MOVIE"... I've watched this movie yesterday.... and "2 thumbs" up for this movie.. i love the shoes... the dresses..the character.. the story line... everything!!.. and it really worth it to spent your RM10 to watch this fantastic movie...

From the title u already know the "rate" of this movie.. it's 18PL tho.if u want to watch the "hot" scene i guess u should buy the dvd coz there's a lot of "cutting" being done by our "lbaga penapisan" haha ..but..don't get me wrong..this movie not totally about the "sex"...but it show about the friendship of 4 women and their "love" life which I really admire it... accept for "Samantha" character lead by Kim Cattrall..ahaks!!...

but....plz take note ladies..if u want to watch this movie..plz don't go with ur boyriend...coz this movie is totally about US...which i think the MAN will not understand it...haha....

I'm looking forward to see this movie... with all the "controversy" and the name of the actor... i think this movies going to be superb! (i hope so...) :-p

Is 'The Dark Knight' for Kids?

"It's not a comic book movie.

That's the first thing you should know when your kids ask to see "The Dark Knight," this summer's biggest blockbuster. The film is vastly more true to Frank Miller's famous alternative view of The Batman than to the zap-pow camp of Adam West's TV portrayal and sanitized DC comics that filled our childhood.

So how do you answer? Should your children see "The Dark Knight?" We turned first to our resident film fanatic and visual designer, Chuck Kim, the first of the Yahoo! Kids team to see the box office smash.

"I would not take a kid to see 'The Dark Knight,' said Chuck. "The Joker and Two-Face alone could give a kid nightmares." The oft-mentioned violence is not of one of gore, he says, but more of the heart—and thus potentially more terrifying. "The main thing is that it is a very dark movie," Chuck concludes."There's no ray of hope for the city." He recommends kids be 14 or older to see the film.

Such cautions seem to be the consensus, beginning with movie's star, Christian Bale, who said this on the "Today Show:"

"It’s quite haunting. It’s something which will stay with you for quite a while afterward. I’m not sure how much a child will be oblivious to that. I would say starting at about 9, maybe 10 years old may be an appropriate age for kids to be able to deal with this.”

A sampling of other comments:

• "'Dark Knight' is a staggeringly violent and disturbing film. Thought-provoking for adults, but potentially terrifying for children," says Jeffrey Weiss of The Dallas Morning News. "The PG-13 rating should offer some warning, yes. But this film dances just south of an R in my book."

• "This film is not for children, and I would discourage parents from taking anyone under 12 to see this movie," writes Jim Pappas of The Trades.com. “'The Dark Knight' offers a glimpse into the darker places within each of us, which might be cathartic for some, but others will simply be afraid."

• "The movie is sadistic, violent, disturbing and also one of the best and biggest movies of the year," according to MoviesOnline.ca. "That all said, 3 out of 4 of those components are absolutely not suitable for young children... regardless of how the MPAA rated the movie."

Ultimately, the "Dark Knight" decision depends upon you, your children and your relationships with them. There are children at age 14 (and I was one) who would be deeply troubled by the darkness of the film. And there are children of 10 who could not only face down the terror but even discuss some of the film's layered themes.
